(SNews) – Democrat Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) gave up the game today when she fumbled her way through a hearing.

During a rambling statement at a key Senate committee vote for defense appropriations, 90-year-old Feinstein was interrupted by her staffer.

She was then ordered to “just say aye” by Democrat Senator Patty Murray (D-WA).

Feinstein happily complied with a smile usually seen on a puppet or trained seal.

Ryan Fournier, founder of Students for Trump, said: “Someone needs to do something.

“This is not acceptable.”

Feinstein is the oldest member of Congress.

As Slay News reported earlier, the multimillionaire senator is also suing her late husband’s estate.

She claims she’s being denied payments for her own “significant” medical bills.

Feinstein was born in 1933 and has been representing California in the Senate for nearly 31 years.

Her lawyers wrote in the filing, “The purported trustees have refused to make distributions to reimburse Sen. Feinstein´s medical expenses.”

Trustees for the fund said they were “perplexed” by the lawsuit and that they have never denied any disbursement for Feinstein,

Steven P. Braccini, an attorney for trustees said: “My clients are perplexed by this filing.

“Richard Blum’s trust has never denied any disbursement to Sen. Feinstein, let alone for medical expenses.

“While my clients are deeply concerned, we all remain hopeful that this is simply a misunderstanding that can be quickly resolved.

“We have not been presented with any evidence showing that Katherine Feinstein has power of attorney for her mother.

“Nor has Katherine made it clear, either in this filing or directly to my clients, why a sitting United States senator would require someone to have power of attorney over her.”
