Republican 2024 candidate Vivek Ramaswamy strongly criticized the GOP establishment and the perceived corruption in the corporate media during the presidential debate.

Ramaswamy kicked off the third Republican presidential debate by challenging the NBC panel hosting the event.

The businessman criticized the NBC panel, suggesting that figures like “Tucker Carlson, Joe Rogan, [and] Elon Musk” would be more suitable as moderators for the debate.

Ramaswamy took a different approach when asked why he should be the GOP nominee for 2024 over President Donald Trump. Instead of attacking Trump, he directed his criticism toward the leadership of the Republican National Committee (RNC).

He specifically singled out RNC Chairwoman Ronna Romney McDaniel, attributing the Republican Party’s recent losing streak to her leadership.

“We’ve become a party of losers!” Ramaswamy declared.

Ramaswamy then took aim at the moderators themselves.

“Think about who’s moderating this debate, this should be Tucker Carlson, Joe Rogan, Elon Musk,” Ramaswamy blasted as he turned the tables on the NBC panel.

“We’d have 10 times the viewership, asking questions the GOP primary voters actually care about and bring in more people to our party.

“We got Kristen Welker here,” he pointed out.

“You think the Democrats would actually hire Greg Gutfeld to host a Democratic debate?”

“The fact of the matter, and Kristen I’m gonna use this time cause this is actually about you and the media and the corrupt media establishment, ask you the Trump-Russia collusion hoax that you pushed on this network for years — was that real?

“Or was that Hillary Clinton made up disinformation?

“Answer the question. Go.”

The audience responded with instant applause as Welker smiled, apparently acknowledging the critique.

Ramaswamy went on to allege that the corporate media had collaborated with the Democrats to “rig” elections in the past few years.

“We need accountability because this media rigged the 2016 election, they rigged the 2020 election with the Hunter Biden laptop story, and they are going to rig this election…”

Moderator Lester Holt then tried to cut Ramaswamy off and shut down his commentary as the crowd continued to cheer.

The RNC has encountered backlash from certain conservatives who claim it has failed to fulfill commitments to incorporate independent conservative media into presidential debates.

As per a report from the New York Post, Welker’s family has previously contributed almost $20,000 to former President Barack Obama and $3,300 to President Joe Biden’s campaign.

The family is also said to have made donations to Hillary Clinton and the Democratic National Committee.
