(Big League Politics) – An advisor to former President Donald Trump revealed that the 45th President is considering making a personal trip to the southern border, where he’ll inspect the devastating impacts of President Joe Biden’s ‘America Last’ border security and immigration policies.

“I could see him doing that soon,” Miller said during an interview with podcast host Michael Berry. “Not immediately, but I could see a trip, some point in the future here, but it is something that President Trump is really concerned about.”

Trump visited the border in southern Texas in one of the final national trips during his presidency, predicting that Biden’s promises to illegal immigrants would incur serious consequences. His prediction proved accurate, with Customs and Border Patrol officials now intercepting more than six thousand illegal immigrants a day lured by Biden’s promises of amnesty, residency and welfare.

Miller, who has worked closely with the former President since he departed the presidential throne, emphasized that Trump would only go in a context that would avoid “showboating.” President Trump wants to give Biden a chance to “go and fail on his own before he steps in.”

Miller previously called upon Biden to reinstate Trump’s Remain in Mexico policy, a game-changing deterrent to illegal immigration which required asylum seekers to file their cases in Mexico rather than being released to await a court date in the United States.
