These are strong empowered women?
(Big League Politics) – Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) revealed that she and her Islamo-socialist comrade in the U.S. House, Ilhan Omar (D-MN) sat together during President Trump’s State of the Union (SOTU) address earlier this week so they could provide each other emotional support during “moments of triggering.”
Tlaib made the admission while speaking with Omar during a pro-democracy town hall that took place on Friday.
“I think it was a huge struggle for me because I don’t think people realize that it’s worse when you are actually there,” Tlaib said to the audience who erupted into laughter.
“No, it really is,” she said to the audience, admonishing them for finding her comment to be comical.
“It’s, it’s, it actually… There was moments of triggering, and I kept holding your hand,” she said while looking toward Omar beside her on the panel. “And we intentionally sat together to support each other.
The Republican National Committee posted the clip on their “War Room” YouTube channel:
While Tlaib and Omar may have been triggered by the President’s SOTU address as he honored America’s heroes and provided an optimistic message for the nation’s future, they regularly inject bile into the political sphere with their divisive and extremist rhetoric.
Following her election, Tlaib said: “When your son looks at you and said ‘Mamma, look, you won — bullies don’t win.’ And I said, ‘Baby they don’t, because we’re gonna go in there and we’re gonna impeach the motherf**ker!’”
Omar’s history of incendiary comments about the Jews led to her being voted “Anti-Semite of the Year” in 2019.
“Israel has hypnotized the world, may Allah awaken the people and help them see the evil doings of Israel,” Omar wrote in a tweet from 2012 that she was later forced to delete.
She refused to express any remorse for her anti-Zionist sentiments about the Jews when pressed on the issue with CBS This Morning.
“Yeah – I mean – regret wouldn’t be the way that I would describe it,” Omar said before firmly reiterating that she “does not” regret her comments.
While these women can dish out the dirt, Omar and Tlaib whine and play the victim when it is dished back at them. President Trump regularly triggers these women by calling out their records.
“How do you have such a person representing you in Minnesota? She is a disgrace to our country,” Trump said to his supporters regarding Omar in Minnesota during a rally last year.
“She is a disgrace to our country, and she is one of the big reasons that I’m going to win and the Republican party is going to win Minnesota in 13 months,” he added.
Tlaib and Omar were each banned from visiting the state of Israel because of their frequent disrespectful actions toward the Jewish nation.
“I can’t stand by and watch this attack on our freedom of speech and the right to boycott the racist policies of the government and the state of Israel,” Tlaib said.
Trump said: “I can’t imagine why Israel would let them in.”
These ladies talk a big game, but President Trump’s push-back against them shows how fragile they truly are. If these are the “empowered women” leading the next generation of Democrats, that party is in big trouble.
