Former President Donald Trump revealed new insights during a highly popular podcast earlier this week regarding potential individuals he suspects may have been involved in assassination attempts against him. In a discussion with comedian Andrew Schulz and the co-hosts of the “Flagrant” podcast, Trump suggested that Iran might be implicated in these attempts as retaliation for his decision to order the assassination of a prominent Iranian Revolutionary Guard commander during his presidency.

Trump narrowly escaped an assassination attempt on July 13 while attending a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, when a bullet fired by 20-year-old Thomas Crooks grazed his right ear. Tragically, one individual seated behind Trump lost their life, and two others sustained serious injuries. The Secret Service successfully prevented a second assassination attempt the following month while Trump was golfing at his country club in West Palm Beach. The alleged assailant, Ryan Wesley Routh, was found positioned behind a hedgerow near one of the greens as Trump approached.
